We’ll be offering a new Pilates class every Wednesday night in December. Join Julie, your instructor, at 6:30pm. Pilates replaces Circuit Training, previously offered in this time spot.

Pilates is a mat workout designed to work the muscles of your core, or “powerhouse” of the body. You’ll incorporate moves to work the abdominals, lower back, inner/outer thighs, glutes, and hamstrings. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class will be taught with modifications and enhancements so that every member can reap the benefits of strengthening their core by going at their own pace.
