We’re revamping our Group Fitness schedule for 2010. Look for new names for your old favorite formats, and new times or new instructors for new formats. We’ve got a fresh and different line up @ 6am and 430pm Monday through Thursday and we’ve added Tai Chi to Tuesday nights @ 7:30pm. Be sure to stay up to date on all of the changes by checking out our Google calendar plug-in right here on our website.  (You can even add Google calendar to your smart phone! )  Just go to “Group Fitness” on our webpage tool bar and mouse over the “Schedule” option to check out all of our exciting changes!
