Just in today, 4 brand new “Spinners”. Be one of the first to try one of these great bikes in class tonight with Emily @ 6:45pm.   With the addition of these four we can now accomdate 18 members in each and every cycling class. If you haven’t tried it yet, this format is a great interval cardio workout that can be customized to your own level of fitness just by how much resistance YOU put on your bike. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to get a bike and tell your instructor if you need help with adjusting your bike to fit you. Bring a water bottle (or two!) with you, towels are provided.
