This 8 week program starts February 1st and is for anyone who:
- Is interested in losing 5 to 30 or more pounds
- Has been working out for months without any significant changes
- Is intimidated and confused by many pieces of equipment
- Needs motivation and accountability
- Is not sure what to do to achieve their health and fitness goals
- Is interested in getting to know other members how have similar interests
This 8 week program includes:
- A structured healthy eating plan-recipes, portion control, weekly menu plan
- 16 one hour training sessions-strength and flexibility workouts 2x a week with a personal trainer
- Weekly lectures-topics include eating out, a grocery tour, strength training, nutrition, cardiovascular training, stress management, and more
- Cardiovascular exercise-designed by your trainer. Workout 3-4x a week using various pieces of cardio equipment
- Fitness Assessment-2 fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the program. Cardio, flexibility, and strength will be measured.
- Goal setting-learn how to set and achieve specific weight and fitness goals.
- Motivation-Lose the most body fat and get your MONEY BACK! Prizes will also be awarded for most inches lost, best cardio improvements, and best attendance.
