At Monmouth Fitness Club, we are proud to offer exciting, innovative and challenging group fitness classes as part of your membership. We have the most talented, trained and credentialed staff in the mid-valley, as all of our instructors are certified by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).  We’re always ready and available for beginner, intermediate and advanced level members. Be sure to try a few of our classes to see which one gives you the best workout.
