Brittney is a busy mom of two! She loves starting her day with a group fitness class at MFC. Outside of the gym she enjoys camping with her family or taking their boat down to the Willamette River. Her favorite treat is an Iced Mocha…yum!

About David …

A former obese couch potato, David started his second life in 1987 (age 33) when he discovered Fitness as a way of life.  Group Exercise was the key for him!  He began teaching Dance Aerobics in 1989 in Roseburg, Oregon and taught for various health clubs in the Portland area from 2003 until moving to Independence / Monmouth in 2011 along with his light ‘o love, Katherann.

David is a manager for a regional school bus company and is thrilled that his daughter, son-in-law and grandson live here as well!

Tim has lived in Monmouth for 15 years! He has two beautiful daughters and has been happily married for 25 years! He has a passion for overall health and loves to motivate others to live clean and healthy lives. He enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports, Basketball is his favorite, and he is a die hard Laker’s Fan…Sorry Blazer fans! He has been teaching Spinning since the mid 90’s and is exited to be teaching at MFC!

He is certified with the Mad Dog Spinning program and is certified in the MOSSA group ride program.


SPIN: Monday 5:15 am and Saturday at 8:00am

About Jaclyn…

Jaclyn’s favorite sport is football (Go Ducks! Go Niners!). Her favorite place to vacation is the North Shore of Oahu. She is a total sucker for chocolate chip cookies and loves to bake…because of that…she loves to workout! She is very devoted to her church, husband, and 4 kids! The craziest thing she has ever done is jump out of an airplane!!

Jaclyn teaches SPIN Tuesday and Thursday morning’s at 8am and Shredded on Tuesday at 4:30pm!

About Allison:

Allison is devoted to her family- husband Todd and five daughters -who keep her very busy and happy.   She has lived in Monmouth since 1999 and loves this community! She has been involved in the community over the years through Meals on Wheels,  teaching Tap dance classes,  volunteering in the schools, serving in her church,  and many other ventures as her kids have grown up and been involved in different things.   She is a self-motivated learner and teaches herself pretty much anything she wants to learn including pilates,  which she loves for its core- strengthening benefits and muscle toning and control. It’s a great mind and body challenging workout,  and with 5 girls (and three of them teenagers) she fb_img_1480374968051needs to keep her mind serene and body tough and strong!

 Emily Swart

Emily is back at MFC teaching Spin& Sculpt on Friday’s at 6am! Emily has always had a passion for fitness and enjoys motivating her classes to do their best. Emily has taken and become certified in many formats. Group Fitness, Spinning, and Zumba to name a few.  She has two sons, who she enjoys watching play various sports and loves to take her Golden Retriever, Cooper, for walks to the park. Welcome Back Emily!
