Matt Vossen

Matt is a recent graduate of Pacific University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.

I have a strong passion for promoting wellness and believe that given the right opportunity anyone can live a healthy lifestyle. By providing encouragement and individualized coaching, many of my clients have been able to make positive changes and are living a healthier life today!

Brittney Hall

Education:
Bachelors Degree with focus in Human Biology and Health Education-Western Oregon University

Background:
Brittney previously worked the front desk at Monmouth Fitness Club and taught spinning classes. She left in 2008 to finish her degree, get married and start a family. Brittney has returned to MFC and is teaching group fitness this fall!

David Phillips

Background:
Originally from Maryland, David served in the US Army for 3 years. He has been teaching fitness since 1989! David taught for several Portland area fitness clubs before moving to Independence in 2011.

About David: He was a former obese coach potato and started his second lease on life in 1987.  He believes Group Exercise was the KEY to his transformation! He began ballet lessons as the age of 48 and has performed in 3 events.

John graduated from Central High School in 2012.  Since then he has become a Cetified Personal Trainer and running obstical races.
