Holly is a wife, and mama to 2 amazing kids! She became passionate about health and fitness after gaining 40 lbs. with her first child. Holly is a self motivated fitness enthusiast and most recently a beach body coach. She used motivation and encouragement to help people improve themselves for the long term gain. Her motto, “Fitness is not about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you use to be!”
Franki is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, GroupX Instructor, and the Fit Coordinator at Monmouth Fitness Club. She grew up in our community and has a heart for helping fellow community members live and create a healthy life! Franki loves teaching in the Hiit House and the equipment that we utilize in that room… especially the TRX!
Lauren is in the process of studying fitness and nutrition and LOVES it! Her and her husband, Jared, are the owners of Larry & Jerry’s Coffee stand in Rickreall. She enjoys hiking, being outside, and traveling. She is dedicated to helping other’s reach their goals and live a healthy lifestyle!
Brittney Hall is the Fitness Director at Monmouth Fitness Club! She has been a part of this club since she was 15 years old. She was born and raised in Monmouth and loves the community. Brittney, and her husband Ryan have two kids who you will see time to time running through the club! She earned her B.S. in Human Biology and Health from WOU in 2009 and is certified through AFAA in Group Fitness, and certified in multiple fitness formats. Brittney loves how fitness can be designed for whatever your needs are!
Haley is 20 years old and from Southern Oregon. She has been an athlete all of her life, but took a leap into the fitness industry as she began competing in bodybuilding at the age of 16. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and a senior, studying exercise science and health education. Haley has experience in training all across Oregon in a variety of facilities and settings.
RJ is a busy husband and Dad to 4! He has been around the fitness world for about 10 years. Health and Fitness is his passion. RJ’s favorite workouts are anything to do with legs! Nothing beats a good leg day. RJ enjoys assisting people to better themselves and genuinely loves leading a healthy lifestyle!
Kelsey Grew up in Dallas, OR where she was involved in many activities including dance, soccer, softball, track/field, and volleyball. She played collegiate softball at Chemeketa Community College, before transferring to WOU to earn her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Health. Kelsey has worked at Monmouth Fitness Club since 2015 and also works at Anytime Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist . In her free time, Kelsey loves to focus on weightlifting/powerlifting, trying new recipes and restaurants, spending time with her boyfriend, Michael, and their pitbull DeBo!
Maddie is a collegiate athlete (Volleyball) at WOU! She will graduate in Spring 2018 with a degree in Exercise Science. She currently instructs Group Fitness classes at Monmouth Fitness Club and recently trained in the format “Insanity”. Maddie has played sports her entire life and says that fitness will forever be her passion. She is a part time online wellness coach and hopes to pursue her Ph.D. in Physical Therapy. She is so excited to be a part of our new Hiit House training staff!
Matt was born in raised in Dallas, OR. He graduated in 1998 and went on to play Basketball and Football for Linfield College. He has 3 boys and enjoys coaching their sports teams! Matt has been a Level 1 crossfit certified coach since 2017 and certified PT since 2004. He believes that optimal fitness/health is available to everyone! Matt says, “just start where you are!”
