CPR Training

cpr2One in seven people will have the opportunity to use CPR or first aid in their life time, 90 percent of the time it will be done on a family member or close friend. Don’t gamble that you will know what to do in the time of a crisis; be prepared.

Good Samaritan Certified Instructor, Anthony Jeffries, teaches Adult-Child-Infant CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training classes at Monmouth Fitness Club.

Cost: $50 ($60 for Health Care Provider Certification) for a group class of 5 or more.

    I was happy to read in the article that 90 percent of the time CPR will be done on a family member or close friend. My father was close to fainting last night while coming home from our 18-year-old basketball game. I will be sure to keep that tip in mind in order to be prepared next time!
